Photography for all to see and enjoy. With access from the Médiathèque André-Malraux's foyer, Galerie Nadar is entirely dedicated to photography. Around 10 exhibitions are organized every year with regional, national or international photographers. The programme is established by Hélio, a community centre for the promotion of the photographic language. They also organise the yearly "Rencontres du livre et de la photographie" (Book & photography fair) in Tourcoing. www.heliophoto.fr
