The Eugène Leroy laboratory Du 13/11/2009 au 19/09/2010
The Eugène Leroy Laboratory is a platform for encounters and presentations aimd at sharing with the public an exceptional event: the reception of an important donation to the Musée des Beaux Arts and the scientific and historical studies surrounding it. More than 600 works by Eugène Leroy (1910-2000)will be shown and restaured in the same space of the 2010 exhibition celebrating the 100-year anniversary of Leroy's birth. Leroy was a singular artist who devoted his work to experimentation with light and to questioning painting.
